For our Tertianum Residenz in Horgen in the region Zürich, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, for our Spitex Team a Registered Nurse HF for the Inhouse-Spitex -100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Cooperation in the implementation of the nursing process and assumption of primary nursing • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Close cooperation and evaluation of guest situations with the Spitex responsible person as well as the nursing team Your profile • Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF • Experience in long-term care and Spitex is an advantage • interRAI-HC and careCoach knowledge is an advantage • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
