Your tasks

• Ensuring a smooth flow of goods from goods receipt to goods issue, including inventory management and stocktakes
• Responsibility for warehouse stocks, bookings, labeling, as well as compliance with quality, safety, and organizational requirements
• Central specialist role for ERP and process management in the warehouse, including further development of Business Central, data quality, as well as analysis and rectification of system and process errors
• Collaboration or sub-project management in cross-departmental projects with a focus on warehouse, logistics, processes, and layout design
• Contribution of logistical specialist requirements to construction, renovation, and area development projects, as well as support in the introduction of new processes, systems, and work equipment
• Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces as well as initiation of improvement measures based on key figures to increase efficiency, quality, and economic efficiency

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) in logistics, technology, or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of logistics, supply chain, or process management
• Several years of experience in warehouse or material logistics, preferably in a technical environment
• Confident handling of ERP systems, warehouse processes, and MS Office; knowledge of Business Central is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong understanding of processes
• Experience in process optimization as well as interest in digital systems and data quality
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented personality with high initiative and willingness for professional development
