PPE Administrator 60-80% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage a portfolio of PPE buildings
• Be the preferred interlocutor for co-owners and external partners
• Prepare and conduct general assemblies as well as committee meetings
• Ensure the administrative and contractual management of the buildings
• Coordinate technical interventions, routine maintenance, and claims processing
• Monitor renovation work and collaborate with the various stakeholders of the building
• Participate in the financial monitoring of properties, notably through budgets and expenditure control

Profile

• Commercial training or equivalent experience in real estate in Switzerland, the property manager certificate represents an asset
• Significant experience in PPE management
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and mediation skills
• Spirit of initiative and ability to find pragmatic solutions
• Good knowledge of buildings or strong interest in technical real estate
• Mastery of French, computer proficiency, and driver's license mandatory
