• Guarantee compliance with production, quality, and safety standards
• Detect anomalies and participate in the resolution of technical problems
• Transmit your know-how, best practices, and working methods
• Be a local referent, available to answer questions and provide operational support to the team

Profile ###

• Confirmed professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the use of presses
• Ability to work autonomously and rigorously
• Taste for transmitting knowledge and supporting employees
• Pedagogy, patience, and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent dexterity
