Job Description ###

-Preparation of preliminary food, elaboration of salads and sandwiches
-Ensuring the cleaning of dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
-Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and scullery areas (floors, work surfaces, equipment).
-Sorting and storing clean dishes.
-Assisting the kitchen team with simple tasks if necessary.
-Respecting current hygiene and safety standards.
-Mastery of linen maintenance for the laundry sector

Profile ###

-Mandatory French and German level B1/B2
-Holder of the AFP employed in the kitchen title
-Good culinary knowledge
-Experience in scullery or restoration
-Fast, rigorous and organized
-Ability to work in a team and manage pressure during services
-Respect for HACCP hygiene rules.
