Finance Clerk / Accounts Receivable 80-100% (Temporary assignment or permanent employment possible)

• Support in accounts receivable accounting
• Processing of customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone
• Carrying out dunning runs as well as reconciliation of incoming payments
• Processing, checking, and reconciling cash reports
• Booking and reconciliation of credit card statements
• Participation in reconciliation and control work
• Support with statistical evaluations, reportings, and annual closing work
• General administrative and accounting activities within the finance team

We expect:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in accounts receivable accounting is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working
• Analytical thinking skills and networked action
• High service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
• Good IT skills and affinity for digital processes
• Resilient and responsible personality
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
