As an establishment recognized by health insurance companies and part of the cantonal list of hospitals, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and humanly attentive treatment to our patients. With approximately 170 committed employees distributed across three sites - our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the ambulatorium and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the specialized traumatology ambulatorium in Baden - we combine professional competence and respectful interdisciplinary collaboration. Lead Psychologist (m/f/d), 80-100% For our ambulatorium for post-traumatic disorders in Baden, we are looking for a lead psychologist from 01.01.2027 or by agreement Your tasks • Team leadership of the outpatient psychotherapy team (approx. 5 people) and function as a line manager • Professional supervision of psychotherapists in training • Close collaboration with the site management for the strategic and operational orientation of the site's outpatient treatment offering • Replacement of the site management in case of absence and participation in projects • Autonomous conduct of outpatient psychotherapies in collaboration with specialist doctors and assistants in psychiatry • Autonomous direction and co-direction of psychotherapeutic group therapies • Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external bodies • Participation in team meetings, intervision and supervision Your profile • Degree in psychology or equivalent and completed additional training in psychotherapy • Expertise in traumatology: completed specialized training in traumatology, experience in working with patients suffering from post-traumatic disorders and experience in the implementation of traumatic confrontations • Leadership skills: experience and training in clinical health management and leadership are an advantage • Desire to get involved and contribute ideas to enrich the therapeutic concept of the site • Openness, collaborative spirit, sense of responsibility and motivation • Strong identification with the mission and the conceptual bases of the therapeutic work of the Im Hasel AG clinic • We expect an attitude marked by respect and consideration in the treatment of our patients Our offer • Autonomous and responsible activities • Committed and dynamic team • Continuing education possibilities and employee benefits • 5 weeks of leave (6 weeks from 60 years old) • Well-developed corporate health management You can find more information on the benefits of the Im Hasel AG clinic as an employer here.
