The Service des Energies is reinforcing its team Data Manager/Data Officer at 80-100% (CDD) 2-year renewable mission The Service des Energies is reinforcing its Information Systems and Finance department and is looking for a: Data Manager/Data Officer at 80-100% (CDD) 2-year renewable mission The Data Manager will be in charge of data management and its security. Integrated within the Information Systems and Finance department (DFSI) of the SEY, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of Information Systems. This position will allow you to be at the heart of strategic issues, to contribute actively to the optimization of data governance and its management and to evolve in a stimulating environment, geared towards innovation. Your main missions and responsibilities: Definition and deployment of the data and systems security policy, ensuring quality, security and compliance (LprD, nLpD, NIST, TIC, ISO27000). Implementation and deployment of governance, modeling and classification of data to strengthen its management and security. Design and deployment of a DataLake, a DataCatalogue and BI tools. And ensuring the update, evolution and maintenance of the solutions (DataLake, DataCatalogue and BI). Analysis of risks related to the analyzed data and proposal of adapted mitigation measures. Drafting of guides and procedures for the use of data tools. As well as analyzing and supervising the processes of collection, storage and use of data. Supervision of migration projects or the integration of new technological solutions. Development of performance indicators (KPI) to measure data effectiveness. Collaboration with business units to identify needs and align solutions with strategic objectives. As well as providing technical support to teams to exploit data. Your profile: Bachelor or Master (HES or university) in information systems management, business informatics or equivalent. Excellent mastery of databases, analysis tools and IT security protocols. Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, Bash/Powershell languages and solid expertise in Business Intelligence (e.g.: DMX/M). Confirmed experience in the implementation or management of a DataLake and a DataCatalogue. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position or in data management. Fluent French, with a minimum B2 level in English. Good mastery of cantonal and federal laws on data protection and NIST, TIC or ISO27000 standards.
