For our agencies in Crans-Montana and Verbier (Agence Alpes), we are looking for a:

Resale and New Projects Broker Alps

Your missions

Based in Crans-Montana with regular travel to Verbier and Geneva, you will develop your portfolio of mandates, support a local and international clientele, and actively contribute to the development of our new projects activity.

Your responsibilities

Brokerage & commercial development

• You develop and retain a portfolio of owners, buyers, and partners.
• You prospect and obtain new sales mandates in the Crans-Montana and Verbier markets.
• You market resale properties, from estimation to signature.
• You develop relationships with developers and identify new project opportunities.
• You represent the agency to a demanding Swiss and international clientele.

New projects

• You take charge of the marketing of new projects, from launch to delivery.
• You contribute to commercial positioning, pricing, and the marketing strategy.
• You coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders during launches.
• You market properties off-plan and support buyers throughout their journey.
• You ensure the follow-up of reservations, financing, TMA, notary deeds, and deliveries.

Alpine market & international clientele

• You leverage your knowledge of the markets of Crans-Montana, Verbier, and alpine resorts.
• You master the main regulatory specificities: Lex Koller, secondary residences, and acquisition by non-residents.
• You manage an international clientele (UHNWI, European non-residents, buyers from outside CH) with the expected standards.
• You ensure coordination with the Knight Frank network for prestige projects in connection with Naef Prestige Knight Frank.

Agency development

• You monitor your activity and performance through CRM tools and Group dashboards.
• You share your market knowledge and contribute to the development of the agency's new projects expertise.
• You participate in the progressive structuring of real estate activity in the Alps.

Your profile

• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate brokerage, ideally in resale and new projects in French-speaking Switzerland.
• You have a good knowledge of the alpine market (Crans-Montana, Verbier, or equivalent resorts).
• You have a good understanding of alpine specificities: Lex Koller, non-residents, secondary residences.
• You are bilingual French/English, German is a plus.
• You are comfortable with CRM tools and digital marketing tools.
• You have a strong commercial temperament, a taste for development, and a real ability to generate mandates.
• You know how to create a relationship of trust with owners, developers, and buyers.
• You are used to supporting an international and ideally high-end clientele.
• Your conviction, endurance, and ability to maintain a long-term relationship are paramount for this position.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and endowed with an excellent ability to synthesize, you know how to structure a new activity and evolve with credibility with alpine developers and a demanding international clientele.
• You reside in the canton of Valais, close to Crans-Montana.
