In our psychiatry team, you will work independently, actively help shape complex nursing situations, and can apply your psychiatric expertise where it has an immediate impact: in the daily lives of our customers. Our catchment area includes 16 municipalities with around 49'000 inhabitants. Every year, we care for and support around 1'100 customers. To strengthen our psychiatry team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Psychiatrie (80-100%) - Montag-Freitag Your task You accompany people of all ages in complex psychiatric and psychosocial situations in their familiar living environment. In doing so, you promote their mental stability and independence and involve relatives as well as the social environment as needed. You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and shape psychiatric nursing independently and individually. Your tasks include particularly: • Case management and responsibility for the entire nursing process - from needs assessment and planning to evaluation • Accompanying and advising people in complex psychiatric situations as well as in crises and difficult phases of life • Application of psychiatric nursing methods and interventions as well as implementation of treatment nursing according to medical prescription • Counseling, instruction, and psychoeducation of customers, relatives, and their social environment • Coordination of nursing and treatment as well as close cooperation with physicians, hospitals, and other internal and external specialist agencies • Preparation and moderation of case discussions • Professional advice and support for employees from the interdisciplinary teams in matters of psychiatric nursing • Participation in needs assessments and the application of assessment instruments • Participation in the further development of nursing quality as well as, if required, in the practical training of apprentices What you bring with you • Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH as well as professional experience in psychiatric nursing of at least two years at a 100% workload (for part-time, correspondingly longer) • Enjoyment of working independently and taking on professional responsibility • An appreciative and resource-oriented attitude towards people in different life situations • Ability to grasp complex nursing, medical, and social contexts and act appropriately to the situation • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation • Openness to professional and personal development • Driver's license category B with own car What you can look forward to • Predictable working hours from Monday to Friday - without weekend services • Much independence and room for maneuver in psychiatric nursing • Support and professional exchange in a committed psychiatry team • Regular case discussions and professional guidance • A meaningful activity with direct impact in the living environment of our customers • Careful induction and personal support • Diverse continuing education and development opportunities • Appreciative cooperation, short paths, and approachable leadership • Flexible and family-friendly employment conditions • Modern working tools for your daily work With us, you take on responsibility - and can simultaneously count on a team that lives professional exchange and mutual support.
