What you can achieve. • You are responsible for the release of IAM roles, policies, and connection concepts for applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal specifications. • As a central contact person, you advise role and application owners on IAM concepts, standards, and best practices and promote cooperation between Business and IT. • You coordinate the onboarding of applications to the IAM platform and actively participate in the continuous further development of IAM services and capabilities. • In the role of Epic Owner, you manage IAM-related projects from business analysis through implementation to successful introduction. • You translate functional requirements into practical IAM solutions and formulate user stories, acceptance criteria, as well as functional requirements. • Together with internal and external stakeholders, you coordinate project activities, dependencies, and delivery dates and are responsible for the active planning, execution, and support of tests to ensure high-quality solutions. • You support the IAM specialist department with operational inquiries and tasks and accompany organizational changes by adapting roles, permissions, and access rights to the respective organizational structure.
