This is what you will do: As a Union Secretary in the field, you visit construction sites as well as commercial enterprises and empower employees to stand up together for their concerns. You actively approach potential members and convince them in personal conversations of the advantages of Unia membership. You also inform employees about their rights, convey the meaning and importance of collective labor agreements, and demonstrate our attractive benefits for members. This is what you bring with you: * Completed vocational training EFZ or at least equivalent * At least 5 years of professional experience * Interest in political or social activities * Driving license category B * Ability to engage in conversation with people from various backgrounds * Committed, resourceful, responsible personality with persuasiveness * Very good German. Additional migration language is an advantage * Identification with union goals.
