In this role (100% workload) you are the central interface for our payroll and personnel administration. You ensure that wages are processed correctly, punctually and cleanly and continuously develop our processes together with your team. Your role Execution of the monthly payroll accounting of our family caregivers Responsibility for correct and timely payroll processes incl. mutations, settlements and annual financial statements Execution of the cantonal registration and settlement processes Administrative support in human resources, e.g. contract and certificate creation Contact person for payroll, social security and labor law topics Collaboration with external partners such as social insurance providers, health insurance companies and authorities Creation of evaluations and reports for management Close collaboration with accounting and administration for the continuous improvement of processes What you bring with you At least approx. 2 years of experience in payroll accounting as well as in personnel administration Initial experience in the leadership or technical management of a team Good understanding of labor law and the social insurance system Experience in payroll processing (e.g. execution of payroll runs, mutations and settlements) Experience with payroll and HR systems, ideally Abacus Independent, careful and reliable way of working with a pronounced hands\-on mentality Enjoyment of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with start\-up character What we offer Steep learning curve with varied tasks and room for your own ideas Above-statutory holiday entitlement of 25 days per year Motivated, collegial team in a dynamic scale\-up environment Central office location with the possibility to work remotely one day per week How we work – non-negotiable "Incredibly good" for families – Deliver now: We recognize the needs of caregivers and solve them excellently.
