Agency Manager of Genève

Your activity

• In collaboration with your teams, you are responsible for the acquisition of new contracts in the field of health insurance and private insurance (including healing cost contracts, collective contracts, LAA, IJM, etc.) and ensure excellent quality of advice.
• In addition to the management and organization of the agencies, you actively and without restriction collaborate in the accomplishment of the general tasks of the team.
• These include, among others, the acquisition of new contracts, general customer advice, correspondence with customers, as well as the entry of simple insured person changes.

Your profile

• You are a motivated person, goal-oriented and solution-seeking.
• You keep the essential in view even during busy periods and you are very open to sales activities.
• You live in the canton of Genève and have a vast network of relations in the region.
• In addition to a commercial training, you have expertise in the field of insurance (-health).
• You have already led a sales team.
• Further training, e.g. as a sales coordinator, sales specialist or specialist in health insurance or social insurance (EP level), constitutes an asset.
