As a Data Governance Specialist, together with the Chief Data Officer and the Center of Excellence Data & AI, you will further develop the company-wide data governance of CSS and create the prerequisites for a responsible and value-adding use of data. This is what your everyday life looks like ## • At the heart: You continuously develop the company-wide Data Management and Governance Framework and anchor it in the organization together with the specialist departments. • You develop governance principles, roles, guidelines, and decision-making processes and ensure their pragmatic implementation. • You systematically translate governance requirements into processes and tools. In doing so, you ensure that these are operationalized step by step and optimally integrated into our everyday work. • You develop key figures and maturity models to make the effectiveness of data governance measurable. • As a bridge builder, you promote a common understanding of data governance in the company and enable our employees to manage and use data in a value-adding and trustworthy manner. • In doing so, you work closely with the relevant Data Management & Governance stakeholders, especially with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Custodians, as well as the departments of Architecture, Data Protection, Compliance, Information Security, and the affected specialist and ART stakeholders. What you bring with you ## • Most important first: You have at least 10 years of experience in the areas of Data Governance, Data Management, or Information Management. You have developed Data Governance frameworks and successfully anchored them in the company. • With your conceptual strength, your diplomatic skill, and your coaching skills, you succeed in winning a wide variety of stakeholders for a common governance logic and taking our employees along on the journey. • You know how governance requirements can be translated into effective processes, controls, and tooling and create the prerequisite for step-by-step operationalization and (partial) automation. • You also bring knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK or comparable frameworks as well as experience in successfully operationalizing data governance in a regulated environment. • A degree in Information Science, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a comparable discipline forms your foundation - whether classical or via detours, we are open to your individual career path. • You communicate confidently and appropriately for the target group in German and English and also bring complex topics to the point in an understandable way.
