The Real Estate Team, currently consisting of 38 specialists, manages a real estate portfolio of over 13 . or around 500 properties across 9 investment products throughout the entire lifecycle. As a Client Representative (m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical, economic, and legal fulfillment of requirements in investment projects from the potential analysis to the turnkey handover, and you lead external general contractors, planners, or individual service providers. As part of the product team, you work closely with the asset manager and the portfolio manager, and together \- based on the product \- and real estate strategy \- you define the type and scope of construction interventions. As part of transactions, you conduct technical due diligence and ensure that the opportunities and risks of the objects are assessed on a sound basis. You plan, organize, and carry out design assignments. You lead development, renovation, and new construction projects and represent the interests of the owners as a trustee towards authorities, planners, and companies. You take over the owner-side processing of the project administration.
