Production Staff in 3-4 shift operation (m/w/d)

We are looking for our client, a renowned company in the Hochdorf (LU) region, immediately or by agreement, a motivated and reliable personality as a production staff member.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (GMP)
• Support in setting up and adjusting machines for different production runs
• Carrying out visual inspections and quality tests on the finished products
• Keeping the workplace clean and supporting cleaning work
• Documentation of production data within the framework of the quality assurance system

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Ideally, initial professional experience in production or food processing
• Professional experience in the food sector is an advantage, but not necessarily required
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in industry (GMP knowledge desirable)
• Technical understanding and manual skills in handling production facilities
• Careful, independent and team-oriented work
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts possible)
• Good German language skills in word and writing are mandatory (at least B1)
