Caretaker / Specialist in Facility Management m/f (Region Olten and surroundings)

Your tasks

• Property maintenance (residential and commercial buildings)
• Cleaning of stairwells
• Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings
• Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining flower beds, trimming hedges and edges
• Monitoring building technology
• General tasks arising, such as changing lamps etc.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as Specialist in Facility Management, manual vocational training, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner
• Language: CH-German
• Driving license mandatory (switched vehicles)
• Clean/neat appearance
• Good manners with customers and employees
• Flexible/independent/resilient
• Enthusiastic/dynamic
• All-rounder
