Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Provide complete support and advice to the management and executives of our companies in Suisse romande throughout the HR life cycle.
• Take responsibility for strategic and operational HR topics, from recruitment to talent and succession management, including complex issues related to personnel and management.
• Support and implement transformations, organizational developments as well as integrations and acquisitions.
• Support and coach executives on labor law issues, conflict situations, separations, as well as occupational health management.
• Recruit specialists and executives, and contribute to the filling of key positions
• Lead cross-functional HR projects between different units and sites, and actively participate in HR initiatives at the group level.
• Develop HR action plans for the companies for which you are responsible.

Your profile

• Higher education with a specialization in human resources, business administration, psychology or a similar field.
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a demanding and dynamic corporate environment.
• Proven experience in advising management and executives on strategic and operational HR topics.
• Practical experience in change management, organizational development as well as talent and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and great ease in managing complex HR situations.
• Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written.
