IT Security/Cyber Specialist 100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: Security measures: Planning, implementing, and further developing ICT security measures to strengthen group-wide cyber resilience. Incident & Risk Management: Identifying and assessing security risks as well as supporting in the Security Operations environment (SOC, EDR, Incident Response). Awareness & Training: Conducting security awareness measures and sensitizing employees to cyber threats. Assessments & Audits: Planning and conducting ICT security assessments as well as implementing concrete improvement measures. Consulting & Strategy: Advising departments on information security issues and collaborating on the security strategy as well as in ICT projects. Governance: Collaborating in the further development of security guidelines, processes, and standards as well as evaluating new technologies. Deputization: Taking over the deputy role for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Your profile: Education: Sound training in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Experience: Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience as well as initial practical experience or further training in the field of information security, cyber security, or system engineering. Mindset: High enthusiasm for cyber security topics, risk management, and current technology trends. Languages: Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form for the international environment. Way of working: Analytical skills, networked thinking, proactive and independent way of working, as well as strong team and consulting competence. Mobility: Readiness for occasional travel (approx. 10–20%).
