Autonomously evaluating requests for the recognition of foreign bankruptcy judgments and insolvency measures. Analyzing and evaluating contingency and stabilization plans as well as authorization requests relating to capital market instruments. Autonomously clarifying complex legal issues in the field of recovery and resolution. Participating in legislative projects and specialized publications. Collaborating with supervision areas and internal transversal functions. Required profile Master in law (Swiss university) with bar exam; additional qualifications (e.g. doctorate) constitute an asset. Three to five years of professional experience in insolvency law, in restructurings or in banking/financial market law. Interest in issues and developments in financial market law. High degree of autonomy, solid analytical skills and networked thinking. Confidence in relationships and pleasure in working in interdisciplinary contexts. Perfect command of German or French (C2 level) with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual FR/DE preferred) as well as very good knowledge of English (C1 level); command of Italian constitutes an asset.
