For our client in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed leadership personality as Team Leader Living 80–100% immediately or by arrangement.

Type of work:

• Functional and personnel leadership of a team
• Ensuring professional care for adults with support needs
• Key person work and case management
• Cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
• Organization and coordination of daily processes
• Participation in direct care

Requirements:

• Completed training in the socio-pedagogical, pedagogical or social field (HF/FH)
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of working with adults with support needs
• High social competence and sense of responsibility
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team player, resilient and solution-oriented personality
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
