For a globally operating, leading industrial company in the field of energy and data transmission, we are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled person for the Pfäffikon (ZH) site. Then we are looking for exactly you as: Project Manager HLK (m/w/d) 100% Your tasks • Project management: You lead HLK projects from planning to successful implementation and control them reliably in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality. • Infrastructure & availability: You ensure the operational safety and availability of production-relevant infrastructure (in particular ventilation and cooling systems) including maintenance according to TPM principles. • Concept & strategy: You create technical concepts as well as investment requests and continuously develop the infrastructure through analyses and roadmaps. • Interface function: You work closely with production, facility management, and external partners. Qualifications What you bring • You have successfully completed a basic training EFZ in the HLK sector. • You have a technical further education (HF/FH building technology with a focus on heating/ventilation or similar). • You have already gained several years of experience in leading and implementing complex HLK projects. • You have a deep understanding of system availability and operational safety and convince through entrepreneurial thinking. • You distinguish yourself through high initiative and resilience. • You communicate absolutely confidently in German and have good English skills in word and writing.
