Equally significant is its commitment to further education and services for teachers and school leaders, as well as its profession-related research, development, and evaluation. The Institute for Further Education and Services supports teachers, school and day school leaders in their work with a wide range of further education and consulting services, educational media, and other services. For our Specialist Consulting department, we are looking for a committed, structured, and communicative person who supports the consulting business of our university technically, organizationally, and digitally. In this function, you will be at an important interface between consulting practice, university administration, technology, communication, and strategic further development. Your tasks <br /> • Maintain, document, and further develop internal consulting processes • Solve real problems • Support, train, and advise PHBern consultants on processes, tools, and software • Record, structure, and represent the technical requirements for the consulting software to the technology officers • Manage the web presence of the consulting service (internal and external) in a current, understandable, and target-group-oriented manner • Maintain and further develop the basics, concepts, and strategy documents of the consulting business • Participate in the further development of the PHBern consulting business <br /> Your profile <br /> • University degree at the master's level • Professional experience in the university context (Third Space) • Experience in an interface function between specialist practice, administration, technology, and communication • Pronounced ability to identify, structure, and translate needs into implementable requirements • Very good written and oral communication skills • Enjoyment of processes, digital tools, AI, knowledge management • Enjoyment of recognizing, analyzing, and solving problems • Careful, reliable, and independent working method • Interest in the further development of the consulting business of a university <br /> We offer you <br /> • A versatile and meaningful task in a university environment where consulting, quality, digital further development, and communication are closely linked <br /> Contact Further information is provided by: Jürg Arpagaus, Institute Director (juerg.arpagaus@phbern.ch) We would be happy to receive your application by 14.
