The Department of Women, Children and Adolescents has the mission to offer quality care adapted to the needs of women at every stage of their lives and to the health problems faced by newborns, children and adolescents from birth until the age of 16. For many years, the Department of Women, Children and Adolescents has continuously developed cutting-edge services and centers of excellence in several medical specialties. The mission of the gynecology service is to ensure the follow-up of women throughout their reproductive life and during menopause. It welcomes women and couples with maximum comfort and safety, respecting the privacy and values of each individual. The service consists of several units: gynecology outpatient clinic, gynecological-obstetrical emergencies, reproductive medicine and gynecological endocrinology, perineology, surgical onco-gynecology and surgical senology. Thanks to the emphasis placed on research, the service offers women the best possible quality of care, in compliance with established procedures at both federal and international levels. The HUG onco-gynecology unit has cutting-edge expertise for the management of women suffering from gynecological cancer; the unit has obtained accreditation in Highly Specialized Medicine (HSM) and in this context, a dedicated <<Clinical Data Manager>> is sought. Data manager for the surgical onco-gynecology unit - 20% As a data manager, you collect and control clinical data by relying on institutional databases and the platforms required by the HSM bodies. You ensure the completeness, consistency, traceability and compliance with submission deadlines to the HSM. You ensure the implementation of qualitative data management by participating in the implementation of standardized data collection tools, participating in the definition of entry rules and implementing a data validation process. You proceed with the extraction of data from the hospital information system (DPI) to design dashboards and monitor the activity volumes required by the HSM (minimum threshold of cases per year and per operator). In order to ensure the reliability and traceability of the data, you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, senior physicians, medical secretariats, medical coding and nursing teams to document the patient journey. You participate in team sessions and meetings. You participate in the training and supervision of new employees. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in health data management or a nursing degree recognized in Switzerland. You benefit from similar professional experience in database management and medical coding. You possess a solid mastery of medical terminology, anatomy and pathologies related to gynecological cancers to correctly interpret surgical protocols and discharge letters. You have a perfect command of French, irreproachable spelling and grammar, and have very good knowledge of English. You have excellent knowledge of common IT tools. Knowledge of HUG tools is a significant asset. You demonstrate great motivation and have an excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis and good organizational skills. You have a very good capacity for adaptation. You are capable of working autonomously and possess a very developed team spirit and sharing spirit.
