The Berufsbeistandschaft is responsible for the management of official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance according to the Social Assistance Act (excluding financial social assistance). Starting from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, you will learn the management of adult legal guardianships for at least 3 years.
