What awaits you

• Advising and assisting our guests from Switzerland and from all over the world
• Sale of tickets, excursion offers and tourist experiences of the Jungfraubahnen
• Professional processing of customer requests and complaints in direct guest contact
• Administrative tasks to support daily business

How you will inspire us

• Completed training in retail or in the commercial sector
• Very good German and English skills, further languages are an advantage
• Joy in interacting with guests from all over the world
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Good IT user knowledge
• Readiness for weekend and holiday shifts
