Your new playing field:

• Customer consultation: professional and needs-oriented advice for our customers in selecting fitness equipment, sports nutrition, and training accessories
• Active sale of fitness equipment, sports nutrition, training accessories, as well as our services
• Customer support from the first consultation to the successful sale completion
• Processing and follow-up of customer inquiries
• Support in processing customer requests and complaints
• Building and ongoing expansion of sound product knowledge
• Attractive design and maintenance of the sales area as well as sales-promoting presentation of our products
• Control and management of inventory as well as restocking sales areas
• Goods receipt, goods inspection, and goods issue
• Preparation, packaging, and shipping of customer orders and packages
• Processing of cash register transactions
• Participation in marketing campaigns and sales promotion measures
• General administrative and organizational work in the shop
• Assistance with goods movement and loading of fitness equipment

What you should bring:

• Completed training in retail or comparable sales experience
• Experience in consultation-intensive sales is an advantage – ideally in retail, in a fitness equipment shop, or a specialist sports store
• Joy in active selling and in direct contact with customers
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Convincing communication skills as well as a professional and well-groomed appearance
• Interest in fitness, training, and sports, as well as ideally knowledge in the area of fitness equipment
• Readiness to acquire sound knowledge about our extensive product range
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Resilience and good physical condition
• Car driver's license
