• Direction of the Events and Technical team with budgetary responsibility
• Content and organizational development of the events sector in close collaboration with the department management
• Operational management of event/technical sub-domains
• Communication and collaboration with various internal and external interest groups as well as partners

Your profile

• Communicative and team-oriented leadership personality
• Experience in event operations and in-depth knowledge of musical processes
• Practical and leadership experience with comparable tasks
• Field-related professional training or further education, if possible
• University experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
