Leading your team of service technicians (maintenance and troubleshooting) with enthusiasm and proximity
Guaranteeing the quality of service and contractual services in the field
Collaborating with the repairs department to identify needs and work to be undertaken
Execution of productive maintenance tasks (maintenance, troubleshooting and small repairs)
Management and monitoring of key indicators
Team planning (on-call service and back-up)
Completed technical or electrical training, for example as a mechanic, mechatronics technician or electrician
Professional experience in the field of service or repairs
Ideally knowledge of the elevator field
Confirmed driving experience
Good knowledge of the local language, other languages are an asset
