To support our growth, we are strengthening our sales force and looking for a personality ready to shift into high gear: Real Estate Broker We are looking for a confirmed commercial profile, ambitious and performance-oriented: someone who likes the field, prospecting, direct contact and trust relationships with owners, buyers and partners. Are you autonomous, rigorous, quick in execution and motivated by results? Do you want to evolve in an agile structure, where ideas move forward quickly and commitment is seen concretely? Then this position is for you. Your mission You will be at the heart of the group's commercial development. Your role will consist of identifying, prospecting and convincing new clients, obtaining mandates, spotting land with potential and marketing the properties developed by the group, in particular in the context of off-plan sales. You will also ensure the follow-up of leads from our platform, estimate and directly purchase real estate, and then resell it. As a true driver of customer relationships, you will accompany owners, advise buyers and pilot negotiations until the conclusion of transactions. Your profile You have confirmed experience in real estate brokerage and perfectly know the market of La Côte vaudoise. But beyond the CV, we are looking for a temperament: commercial sense, taste for challenge, relational ease, discipline in following up files and real ability to turn opportunities into results. You like prospecting, negotiating, performing and contributing concretely to the growth of an ambitious real estate group.
