Head of Forwarding / Deputy Head of Replenishment

This is the contribution you can make

• Lead a team of around ten employees, ensure a balanced workload, and specifically promote and challenge the employees
• Bear responsibility for the professional planning of "quantity, time, personnel, and resources"
• Be responsible for the implementation, coordination, optimization, and control of the forwarding in the entire army pharmacy
• Actively support your own team in daily business and ensure smooth operation of the warehouse processes
• Independently ensure compliant warehouse management taking economic criteria into account (expert controls, safety audit, ISO audit)
• Participate in projects, operational trials, and process optimizations, as well as coordinate maintenance and service work

What makes you unique

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Training as a logistics specialist or equivalent training with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Several years of leadership experience with high social competence
• Customer- and solution-oriented way of working, analytical and conceptual thinking
• Comprehensive MS-Office, SAP, and TMS knowledge, willingness to carry a service weapon
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
