You intervene to conduct transversal projects and to support the evolutions of the Fondation. Through your ability to create links, to unite actors and to bring expertise together, you contribute to the success of transversal projects and to the development of the Fondation. Beyond project management, you actively contribute to the institutional development of the Fondation by identifying environmental evolutions, partnership opportunities, innovation levers and high value-added projects for the institution. Through your systemic vision, your capacity for influence and your sense of networking, you actively contribute to the influence of the Fondation and the strengthening of its partnerships. You also know how to switch quickly from strategic thinking to operational action, with pragmatism, autonomy and agility. Your responsibilities Lead institutional projects Identify emerging issues and propose development opportunities Develop new institutional partnerships in service of the missions of the Fondation Support organizational transformations Promote synergies, cooperation and the emergence of innovative approaches between the Centres médico-sociaux, the services and the partners What will make you successful You are able to take a high-level view while remaining close to the ground.
