For an internationally active SME in the Lachen SZ area, we are looking for a down-to-earth and hands-on oriented personality for a versatile task in finance and accounting. We are looking for someone who enjoys working operationally, takes responsibility, and feels comfortable in an uncomplicated environment.

Financial Accountant proficient in year-end closings with coordination tasks (100%)

Your tasks

• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Support with reporting and evaluations
• Coordination of daily processes in a small finance team (2 employees)
• Responsibility for fixed asset accounting and VAT returns
• Support during audits
• Collaboration on process optimization and digitalization topics
• Support with ERP/system topics in the finance area
• General tasks in finance and accounting

Your profile

• Education or further training in finance and accounting
• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Experience with closings according to OR
• SME experience is an advantage
• Down-to-earth, pragmatic, and team-oriented personality
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operational daily business
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good German skills as well as English skills for everyday professional life
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
