You accompany guests to waiting areas or meeting rooms and ensure a pleasant and positive visitor experience through your attentive care. You assist with the storage of coats, bags, and umbrellas and offer drinks, Wi-Fi access, as well as other services. With your proactive and service-oriented manner, you are always available to support guests and employees with questions and organize transport options if necessary. You support the reception team with check-ins and check-outs and contribute to a smooth flow in the reception area. As a host personality, you are an important point of contact for employees and guests and assist with a wide variety of concerns, such as directions, meeting rooms, or technical connections. You provide first-level support for our locker system and help competently with questions regarding lockers and access media. With a trained eye for quality, you recognize disturbances or defects early and coordinate their forwarding to the responsible specialist departments. Your profile: Completed commercial basic training or professional experience in the fields of hospitality, gastronomy, reception, or customer service. Strong service and hosting mentality with joy in interacting with people. Strongly communicative, confident, and winning personality with high quality standards. Professional, well-groomed, and representative appearance. High teamwork skills, loyalty, as well as discreet and responsible handling of sensitive information. Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working even in a dynamic environment. Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills in speaking and writing.
