Logistics Desk Security Officer Location Thun (m/f/d)

Your tasks at various locations in the Thun region, in the vicinity of the Swiss Army, include among others:

• Working at registration points:
• Ensuring efficient administrative processes
• Maintenance and management of personal access and authorization data
• Support of the Kaba Exos and AWB systems
• Issuing and managing certificates in the VBS area
• Processing access requests and authorizations
• Contact with internal and external stakeholders via telephone and e-mail
• Access control area:
• Reception and registration of visitors as well as management of access authorizations
• Control of barriers, gates, and airlocks via security and communication systems
• Classic desk and reception services in various federal desks in the Bern area possible

For this diverse and exciting task, we are looking for a reliable, flexible, and integral person with a lot of "drive", who meets the following minimum requirements:

• Successfully completed vocational training with a federal diploma of higher education or equivalent training
• at least two years of experience in the field of administration
• Very good IT user knowledge (MS Office)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least C1)
• Clean criminal record (no entries in the central criminal and debt collection register, no ongoing criminal proceedings)
• Valid residence permit and residence in Switzerland
