The Hotel & Conference Center Sempachersee is centrally located yet quiet in Nottwil and is part of the Schweizer Paraplegiker-Gruppe. The 4-star hotel has 150 rooms with 300 beds. With over 40 rooms, two halls and two auditoriums, we are one of the largest conference centers in Switzerland. The three gastronomy zones Vivace with a free-flow concept, the à la carte restaurant Sempia, the banquet hall Aurora with a large roof terrace and fantastic lake view, as well as the LAGO Bar & Lounge are popular meeting points for guests from the region and from all over Switzerland.

To support our team, we are looking for, by arrangement

Office Employee, in annual employment, at 100%, immediately or by arrangement

Cleaning in the dishwashing kitchens Vivace, Sempia and banquet
Cleaning back office and restaurant
Ensuring that the material is clean after use.
Preparation of the required mise en place for daily work
Co-responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the hygiene concept (HACCP)
Co-responsible for a smooth service flow
Active and creative contribution of ideas

Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy
Independent way of working
Conscientious, responsible; maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
You are guest-oriented, live the service mentality and show solution-oriented thinking and acting
You maintain a respectful and loyal interaction with colleagues, supervisors and guests
You love to perform together with your team
