Recognized and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specializing in the provision of administrative and executive personnel, temporary and permanent, in many economic sectors, such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs, and local institutions.

We wish to recruit an Administrative and Accounting Assistant at 80% for a maternity leave replacement within a social foundation.

Mission :
-------------

• Reception and information, call management
• Mail processing, drafting correspondence for management and various teams
• Creation and monitoring of files, updating tables, maintaining statistics
• HR administrative monitoring, arrivals/departures, support in the use of various tools
• Accounting entry, receipts/disbursements, cash control
• Processing and entry of invoices, expense reports, bank reconciliations
• Budget maintenance and monitoring, variance analysis

Profile
----------

• CFC as a commercial employee ideally supplemented by a certificate/diploma in accounting
• French native language, writing proficiency
• 3 years of successful experience in a similar position in administration/accounting, ideally in a Geneva institution
• good knowledge of general accounting
• good mastery of MS Office, advanced Excel and comfortable with accounting tools
• organized, autonomous, rigorous, interpersonal skills
• resident in Switzerland and available immediately for min. 4 months
