Our pension fund manages the occupational old-age provision for our companies operating in Switzerland. Currently, we look after around 750 insured persons and pensioners. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a personality as a Pension Fund Specialist 60-100%. Your tasks Managing the technical administration (entries/exits, pensions, WEF, divorces). Managing the financial accounting including securities, including quarterly and annual financial statements. Liquidity planning. Member of the investment committee. Comprehensive advice to the insured. Collaboration in the design and further development of the pension fund. Preparation of the meetings of the Board of Trustees. Contact with asset managers, external experts (investments, technical, auditors) and authorities. Your profile You have started or completed higher vocational training in the field of occupational pension schemes and possess several years of experience in a pension fund. You are operationally responsible for the smooth running of your tasks. You communicate with style in German and occasionally in Austrian language, are open, committed and exact. You prefer working independently, like to take responsibility, are resilient and ready to further your professional education.
