This role is central to ensuring coordination, quality of our achievements, and commercial development. Your role: You are responsible for coordinating interior design projects and commercial development in Romandy. Main missions: • Management and coordination of design projects from customer request to final delivery, • Coordination with the technical study, production, and assembly teams, • Management of planning, budgets, and respect for deadlines, • Strengthening and developing existing customer relationships, • Actively prospecting for new customers, • Participation in commercial actions: market analysis, determination of commercial strategies, detection of upstream projects. Sought profile: • Technical training in design, carpentry, or secondary work, • Experience in project management, • Essential mastery of French and German, • Autonomous, organized, and rigorous, • Commercial skills in the building industry.
