To meet the growing demand for electrically driven buses, we are looking for a dynamic technician to strengthen our Bus & Trolley division for the commissioning of our vehicles. In this role, you ensure that the vehicles from our production can go directly into line operations. Your feedback and insights are important and flow directly into the vehicle generation of tomorrow. Through your training and professional experience, you are the link between development and production. Your tasks * Commissioning of traction systems on electric buses, including high-voltage batteries, charging systems, and communication systems * Uploading, checking, and parameterizing the HESS vehicle software on the control units * Creating error diagnoses and performing remedial measures in coordination with the respective specialist departments * Quality and functional control of the E/E system and its functionality in our electric buses * Documentation and release of the completed commissioning * Participation in new developments for the electromobility of tomorrow, their testing methods, and suitable process steps Our requirements * Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automation technician, or comparable qualification with E/E knowledge * Ideally further training in the field of mechatronics or vehicle technology * Enjoyment of diagnostic work with high quality awareness * Ideally knowledge of high-voltage systems (automotive) and/or traction systems (railway) and their protection systems (insulation monitoring, emergency stop circuits) * Basic knowledge of the programming systems CODESYS, Matlab, and Simulink (knowledge of communication systems such as CAN-Bus J1939 desirable) * Interest in learning new things * Collaborative and solution-oriented hands-on mentality * Written and oral communication skills in German and English (French skills an advantage) * Good PC skills in Microsoft Office We offer you * Varied, responsible activity in a rapidly growing e-mobility environment * If suitable, much development potential and exciting perspectives * Great design opportunities with fast and short decision-making paths * Sliding and flexible working hours * Performance-related employment conditions If you feel addressed, send us your complete application documents including a cover letter via link (Apply now).
