• Mount and adjust "high-end" cutting dies • Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of dies • Participate in the development and fine-tuning of new tools • Work in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation • Analyze and be proactive in order to mitigate tool uncertainties in production Profile: • Holder of a CFC in Micro-mechanics (or title deemed equivalent) • Minimum of five years of experience in a position as a watchmaking die maker mechanic (cutting tools to follow, Swiss tools) for the production of high-precision parts by cutting • Mastery of machine tools (lathe, milling machine, planer) • Analytical mind and ability to propose ideas or solutions • Team spirit, rigor and perseverance • Autonomous
