Senior Auditor (80-100%) Internal Audit Your tasks You take responsibility for the preparation, execution, and reporting of audits in all areas of the bank and thus directly contribute to the strengthening of our governance. You identify, evaluate, and analyze operational, regulatory, and strategic risks and create transparency for management. You check and optimize the internal control system as well as the bank-internal processes and thus make a measurable contribution to the further development of the organization. You work closely with the external auditing firm and the group audit and coordinate audit activities efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner. You actively shape the further development of the methodology and processes of internal auditing – for example, through the use of data analytics, process automations, or new audit approaches. Your profile You have a Bachelor's degree (FH or university) in economics and a relevant further education (e.g., CIA or auditor). You have several years of experience in the banking sector or in internal/external auditing and have a thorough understanding of bank-internal processes, internal control systems, and risk management. Ideally, you have experience in the field of data analysis. You convince through analytical strength, precise communication, and high social competence. You work independently, structured, and at the same time cooperatively with various stakeholders. You are a native German speaker and have very good knowledge of Austrian.
