In this versatile function as Branch Manager and Individual Client Advisor with a focus on financing (f/m/d), you will lead a small team, take on responsibility, actively participate in shaping processes and significantly influence further success on site. Share What awaits you? ## • Ensuring day-to-day business through the demand-oriented use of personnel resources • Supporting the branch employees with technical questions and in the acquisition and advice of clients • Support and advice for key clients of the branch as well as expansion of your own client base through new acquisition • Comprehensive, needs-based advice for clients in all credit matters • Advice for clients on matters of pension planning, protection, retirement and taxes • Recognizing and exploiting client potential through active and continuous management of the client portfolio • Implementation of active cross-selling and taking on demanding advisory and sales conversations • Implementation of the marketing and sales plan with target group-specific market development measures as well as building and maintaining a local network What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or comparable training • Higher completed education in the field of banking is an advantage • Several years of experience in the financial services sector / experience in the field of credit advisory (mortgage sector), preferably at Raiffeisen • Leadership experience • Strong customer- and sales-oriented thinking • Empathy and joy in dealing with people
