Head of Quality Assurance & Process Engineering (m/f/d), 90 - 100%

What you can achieve:

• Primary sparring partner, coordinator, coach, and team builder for five highly qualified, motivated employees
• Link between the central quality management of Centravo Holding AG, the eight operational sites, as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Sparring partner of the Head of Quality Management and direct report to the Head of QHSE (CQO)
• Exemplifying a service-oriented mentality, positive communication, and appreciative leadership
• Supporting the Head of Quality Management and the operations

o in the development of a highly digitized and automated risk management system for food safety and quality with the goal of an Integrated Management System
o in food safety and quality incidents

• Dynamic ensuring of smooth day-to-day business with your pool of employees
• Ownership for the implementation of processes and corrective measures according to the PDCA cycle (from the idea to the line employee)
• Deputy epidemic case officer

What you bring:

• A stable, down-to-earth personality with joy in working with people
• Strong people skills, communication, and conflict resolution skills as well as curiosity
• Multitasking and the ability to effectively prioritize under pressure
• High level of self-organization and situational flexibility
• Didactic reduction ability; hands-on and service-oriented mentality
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• Completed BSc degree (or higher) in food technology, food sciences, process engineering, or a related life science course of study
• At least 10 years of work experience in a regulated production facility (food, pharma)
• At least five years of leadership experience in a comparable position with corresponding references
• Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 (ISO 14000 and 45000 an advantage)
