To replace the retirement of one of our executives, the management of the Socioprofessional and Day Care Department is looking for a Sector Manager (M/F) at a workload of 100%. Mission As an intermediate executive, you will ensure the coordination of work within our day center, which welcomes people with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders (ASD and/or in complex situations), as well as workshops with a socializing vocation. You are the guarantor of the beneficiaries' well-being, notably by ensuring the implementation of individual projects. You manage human resources within the framework of institutional policies. Responsibilities Guarantee optimal reception of beneficiaries by considering their needs and ensure educational and socioprofessional support. Ensure individual and collective follow-ups as well as relationships with families and various internal and external networks. Guarantee a participatory way of functioning within the educational and socioprofessional team. Organize and lead the team's human resources while ensuring smooth operation, fairness, and fostering a harmonious working climate. Guarantee compliance with the various administrative procedures related to the management of the different projects of the beneficiaries, as well as HR management. Desired Profile Tertiary education degree (HES or ES) in the socio-educational or MSP field, complemented by successful experience in team leadership and project management. Mastery of best practices regarding the support of people in complex situations with ASD. Good knowledge of the PPH and its applications. Continuing education, notably in communication, supervision, conflict management. Postgraduate degree in management is an asset. Interest in the development of innovative projects and able to bring a constructive perspective.
