Swiss Tasty stands for a modern gastronomy concept with restaurant and take-away. To reinforce our team in Sarnen, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable and guest-oriented personality as a Front manager (m/f/d) at a workload of 50–100 %.

Your tasks
Responsibility for a smooth process in the front area
Leadership and coordination of the team during the shift
Ensuring quality, cleanliness and speed
Contact person for our guests and employees
Participation in daily business, especially cash register, dispensing and organization
Compliance with our hygiene and operating standards

What you bring with you
Experience in gastronomy, ideally already with leadership responsibility
Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
Resilience, flexibility and team spirit
Good German skills
Enjoyment in dealing with people and a pronounced host mentality
