Your area of responsibility ##

As a specialist in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, you will become part of a multiprofessional team that provides holistic support to children, adolescents, and their families - medically, psychologically, and pedagogically.

Treat outpatients:
You will care for children and adolescents in the outpatient setting of our outpatient clinic and accompany them medically in the context of our holistic rehabilitation concept.

Support:
In addition to outpatient activities, you will help our somatic patients in the inpatient area if required.

Work interdisciplinary:
You will work closely with psychology, nursing, and pedagogy - and provide impulses for new care pathways.

Help shape:
You will contribute conceptually and support the expansion of our Switzerland-wide unique parent-child offering.

Your profile ##

Specialist title:
You possess a recognized specialist title in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (FMH or EU equivalent) - also welcome if shortly before completion.

Practical or clinical experience:
You have experience in the medical care of children and adolescents - ideally in an outpatient or interdisciplinary setting.

Live interdisciplinarity:
You enjoy working closely with psychology, nursing, and pedagogy.

Appreciate team culture:
You feel comfortable in flat hierarchies with open communication.

Joy of creation:
You enjoy helping to build up a new structure in the outpatient clinic and contributing your own ideas.
