For our dynamic purchasing team at the Swiss headquarters in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for:

Operational Buyer Production Materials 100 % (m/f/d) #

In this role, you are the link between purchasing and production. You ensure that production has the necessary material at the right time, in the right quantity and at the right price. You perform your tasks in close collaboration with strategic purchasing, suppliers, other group sites and local production planning.

Your tasks

• Supplying the plant with necessary material
• Disposition of assigned material groups (GM)
• Monitoring the availability and stocks of assigned GMs
• Creation of purchase orders and calling off quantity contracts
• Close collaboration with production planning
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and internal interlocutors
• Management of modifications and control reports with suppliers

Your profile

• Basic technical training in metallurgy, plastics processing or electrotechnics
• Additional training as a technician in commerce, purchasing specialist or equivalent
• Professional experience in industrial purchasing
• Experience in production planning is an asset
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Good command of Office 365 / SAP MM ; S4/HANA
• Fluent German, good knowledge of English (at least B1)
• Knowledge of French is an asset
