For one of our clients active in the installation of photovoltaic panels on pitched and flat roofs, in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a Photovoltaic Team Leader (M/F) capable of coordinating work on site and supervising a team of installers

Job Description ##

• Organize and prepare photovoltaic construction sites
• Supervise and coordinate a team of installers
• Perform and supervise the installation of photovoltaic panels on pitched and flat roofs
• Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams
• Manage material, supplies, and site logistics
• Guarantee the quality of installations before their commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and working at heights

Profile Sought ##

• Proven experience as a photovoltaic team leader, solar installation foreman, or experienced photovoltaic installer
• Very good knowledge of fixing systems and different types of roofing
• Ability to read plans and resolve technical issues on site
• Knowledge of photovoltaic installations, DC wiring, and grounding
• Leadership, sense of organization, and autonomy
• Driver's license indispensable
